I have a disgusting person as a neighbor, how do I deal with her? She is always trying to win a inche "pigly". In the past I had issues never solved, and she took the liberty to abuse while making a front face. Like nothing happened.
I never took into account like going to the police or anything or solve by my own hands.
Please advice...
